Bank Melli Iran re-opens its branch in Hamburg, Germany

Bank Melli Iran (BMI), the biggest retail bank in Iran has re-opened its Hamburg Branch after the international sanctions against Iran were lifted.

The Hamburg branch is now providing facilities such as credit line openings and conducting forex transactions for imports. Lifting of the sanctions has allowed BMI to start negotiations with over 90 international banks for establishing/restoring banking relations.
