Elina Klitou is the Head of Accounting Services at Shanda Consult. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has been the primary architect of our clients’ fiscal reporting and the guardian of our internal financial standards. With a professional career in accounting and financial management dating back to 2006, Elina brings two decades of technical rigor to the management of complex corporate portfolios.

Elina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from European University Cyprus and has been awarded nine exemptions toward the ACCA qualification. While she focuses on the strategic side of accounting, her extensive experience in financial reporting makes her an indispensable bridge between our clients and external auditors. She ensures that every entity under our management is “audit-ready” through the meticulous preparation of annual financial statements, significantly reducing the friction and time associated with the final external audit.

In the current regulatory environment, where precision is paramount following the update to the Cyprus corporate tax rate of 15% as of January 1, 2026, Elina ensures that our clients’ tax and VAT obligations are met with absolute accuracy. She is responsible for the accounting and tax services of both our client companies and Shanda Consult’s own internal operations. Her oversight is fundamental to maintaining the “bankability” of the structures we manage, ensuring they remain fully compliant with evolving European and global tax standards.
