Key Criteria for the Cyprus Digital Nomad Visa

Who Can Apply: Non-EU/EEA nationals working remotely using digital technologies.
Work Flexibility: Applicants must be employed by a company based abroad or self-employed with international clients.
Minimum Income Requirement: The minimum income requirement to be eligible for a Cyprus Digital Nomad Visa is net €3,500 (after tax and deductions) per month.
Accommodation Requirement: Applicants must prove their accommodation in Cyprus with a title deed or rental agreement for a house/apartment.

Income Tax Exemption for Digital Nomads:
Digital Nomads who are tax resident of Cyprus can apply for 50% income tax exemption if earning € 55,000 and above per year. The income tax rates in Cyprus are:
- 0 to 19,500 – 0%
- 19,501 to 28,000 – 20%
- 28,001 to 36,300 – 25%
- 36,301 to 60,000 – 30%
- 60,000+ – 35%
