Cyprus Company Registrar extends Annual Returns deadline to 31 October 2016 PUBLISHED ON 16/05/2016
The Cyprus Company Registrar has extended its initial deadline from 31st of March to 31st of October 2016 for the submission of Annual Returns (HE32 form) of the previous year. Failure to comply with this requirement will result company strike-off (de-registration) without any further notice.
