The editors of the Global Finance Magazine and Infosys selected Hellenic Bank as the country winner of 2016 World’s Best Digital Banks Award!
The evaluation of banks was done by Infosys, a global player in consulting, technology and outsourcing, while Global Finance made the selections for the first round of selections.
According to the publication’s announcement, winners were chosen based on the “strength of strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.”
The CEO of Hellenic Bank, Bert Pijls, stated in an announcement that the Bank is very proud to gain this title the third time in a row.
